It’s a new year and I’m a month late. Well, better late than never I guess. One of my so-called resolutions for this year is that I blog more. One of the subjects I would like to discuss is management and more specifically how to motivate your people. I don’t claim to have all the answers - if anything I may use this platform to vent.
Enough about that. Today I started my TRX programming again and I going to use Todd Durkin’s Train Like the Pros series for the next few weeks. After that I would like to transition into the TRX 12 week military program and complete that by the end of spring. I’m still running but not at the pace I was a year ago. I’ve been suffering from some pain in my knee and feet and think that I may have overtrained for the half marathon in March. As for half’s, Im looking at the new San Diego Half Marathon that will take place with the Rock N Roll Marathon in June. I just need to figure out a way to get there.
